Financial Information

Dental Insurance

If you have a dental benefits/ dental insurance, we will do our best to verify your coverage amount and make sure that you are not paying more than you should out-of-pocket. In most cases, we will collect the estimated out-of-pocket portion from you at the time of service.  We will bill your benefit plan for their portion and they will send a check to our office.  If there is a discrepancy, we will either bill you for the remainder or send a refund check to you for any overpayment. In some cases your benefits company may require you to pay the full amount at the time of service.  In this situation, we will still bill your benefits company, but they will then send a check directly to you for their portion.
